Work is broken.
The workplace is broken.
It's not just a problem for people—it's a problem for companies too!
As we spend more and more time online, work has become increasingly digital, and the line between our personal and professional lives has blurred. It's easy to get lost in the virtual world, and it's easy to lose sight of what really matters.
Work CAN be better—but only if we make an intentional effort to keep our humanity at the forefront of everything we do.
This begs a rather big question - what does it mean to be human? And further, what does it mean to be human at work? And have we actually lost our ability to be human it work?
That’s what I hope to explore in this newsletter.
You'll find practical lessons that can be put into action immediately, even while you're remote. We'll cover topics like craftsmanship, slow living, burnout, quality of life, loneliness and vulnerability at work, dignity in the digital age—and we'll talk about how they affect YOU as well as your coworkers!
